The Dressmaker (12a)

Director Jocelyn Moorhouse. Drama (Australian)

Based on the best-selling novel by Rosalie Ham, THE DRESSMAKER is a bittersweet, comedy-drama set in early 1950s Australia. Flick Advisor (comments from our film promoters)

The screening was well attended, and the audience seemed to enjoy the film!

The Dressmaker was a good choice. Everyone complimentary. Some of the diction not clearly audible, but didn't matter. Not simply a Comedy

Went down very well with applause at the end.
