Paddington (PG)

Director Paul King.

Based on the stories written by Michael Bond, Paddington gets his big screen debut in this lovingly crafted tale of hope, discovery and family. When Paddington decides to leave darkest Peru and head to England to look for the Geographer that visited his home many years ago, he encounters a world that is very different to the one he expected. But when the Brown family offer to take the Bear in temporarily, it seems as though their involvement in Paddington’s quest, and his unpredictable nature, maybe just what the Brown family have been missing for some time (by Films In A Flash).

Starring Starring Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Julie Walters and Ben Wishaw as the voice of Paddington

Flicks Advisor (comments from our film promoters)

Well worth seeing: very entertaining and enjoyable.

Excellent, children of all ages really enjoyed the film.

We really enjoyed this film, it was witty and endearing. The children enjoyed the antics of Paddington and the adults appreciated the subtleties of the script - excellent! I only give it an 8 score as it was probably more suitable for older children than our audience of young ones.
