Flicks Advisor (comments from our film promoters)

Audience loved this, beautiful film, French and German subtitles.

Excellent film enjoyed by all, especially with the Cassoulet accompaniment! Although essentially a film about the aftermath of war, in particular French/German relationships, it is ultimately about life and our future. Rock solid performances, quality, classical, production and truly super story.

Beautifully paced, deeply moving story of a relationship between a Frenchman and a German family in the immediate aftermath of the First World War.
